Bill Kirksey is a graduate of West Monroe High School.  After graduation he attended ULM,  and later went into business with his father.  Bill married his wife Grace in 1982 and resides in West Monroe with four children.  He is a devoted husband and father.  Bill obtained his real estate and insurance license in 1979 while still in college.  His primary interest in real estate is the recreational and farm market.  Bill is a sports enthusiast, an avid hunter and fisherman.  He attends First Baptist Church West Monroe faithfully with his family.
