TESTIMONIALS

A Wilbert's Sons, LLC is a land management company incorporated in 1887 located in Plaquemine, Louisiana.  We currently own and manage properties in ten Louisiana Parishes and four counties in Mississippi.  A large portion of our property is in timber and agricultural row crops.  Our mission statement is clear, "We are dedicated to responsible stewardship of all properties entrusted to our care and our mission is to bring about the most productive and best use of these properties in the long term interest and well being of our family members."  While looking to expand our agricultural property holdings, we established a relationship with Jerry and Brad Brown of Brown Realty.  We explained to Brown Realty what we were interested in and the rest is history.  Thanks to their efforts and ability to deliver, we are now owners of property in Richland Parish. From our initial telephone conversation to the actual closing, both Jerry and Brad were professional, receptive and extremely responsive to our needs and request.  I would certainly recommend Brown Realty to anyone looking for quality property.

Klein W Kirby, Chairman

Jim Rolfe recently helped me buy a fine piece of recreational property.  He invested the time and effort to truly understand what I was looking for and to locate the right property.  I was impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail and his professionalism.  I am even more impressed with his honesty and integrity, qualities I hold in high regard in my law practice.  Through the process, we developed a friendship and professional relationship and I highly recommend Jim and Brown Realty Co as realtors you can trust.

Charles Herold, Attorney

Over the last 10 years I have bought several agriculture properties in Kentucky.  When I decided to purchase agriculture land in Louisiana I found Brown Realty Co and Brad Brown very helpful in finding the properties I liked.  When I decided I wanted to move my farm holding closer to Kentucky and also to combine in in a single tract, Brad looked throughout Mississippi and Arkansas to find a property that met my needs.  He then was able to quickly sell my properties in Louisiana.  This was very helpful since I was not from the area.

Stacy Hooks (Southington, Connecticut)

"After a six month experience with another realtor, Brown Realty sold our property in less than 2 months.  Potential buyers were looking at it immediately.  They gave us excellent advice for improving the property before the sale. Brown Realty listed and sold 1180 acres for our asking price."

Vick Nickels ( Rough Ridge Land Company, Holmes, Mississippi)

Mike Watson,

"I would like to personally thank you for your assistance in helping me and my brother locate and purchase our hunting property.  You always made yourself available to us and always had our best interest in mind.  We covered a lot of territory in our quest for the right piece of property, and I wanted to thank you and Brown Realty for your efforts.  I value the business relationship that we had as well as the friendship that we have grown into."

Chris Adams (Gulf South Solar "New Orleans")

"Lafourche Land, LLC has developed a strong working relationship with Brown Realty Co over the past few years.  During that time, Brown Realty Co has assisted with several purchases and sales of property for our company.  Each transaction was performed with quality customer service, extreme professionalism and a great understanding of the client's needs.  Brown Realty Co has definitely set the bar when it comes to buying and selling property.  Brown Realty Co is an outstanding realtor from both a working and personal relationship. "

Trae Banks, Manager (Lafourche Land , LLC)

I have known Jim Rolfe personally for the past 20+ years and I have dealt with him on a business level for the past 15 years.  Jim is a man of great integrity and he is devoted to his clients satisfaction.  I confidently rely on his expert knowledge for all my land investments and sales in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Kansas.  Jim and Brown Realty have my utmost respect and I highly recommend them for all your property interests.

Jimmy Wilson, Oak Ridge, LA

"Brown Realty Co and Tracey Weems have sold three personal tracts and two LLC tracts for me over the past three years.  These timber/recreational tracts totaled approximately 800 acres.  In every sale, Tracey was able to obtain a buyer that paid my asking price.  I do not hesitate in recommending Tracey and Brown Realty Co to anyone that has land to sell or looking for land to buy.

Gary Patterson (Patterson Forestry Consultants, LLC)

"Over the years, I have bought and sold hunting property with the help of the Brown Realty team, and have been very impressed with their professionalism and integrity.  I would not hesitate to recommend Brad and Jerry Brown to anyone interested in buying or selling recreational property."

George Campbell (Monroe, Louisiana)

"Brown Realty has listed and sold two properties the last three years for me.  These properties were listed and sold in less than 45 days.  Brown Realty helped me purchase a property in 2008.  They understood my objectives and showed only property that met those objectives.  There was no wasted time looking at property that did not meet or exceed my expectations.  I highly recommend Brown Realty Company."

David Hopkins

Residing in Tennessee and negotiating real estate in other states make it imperative that I associate with professional real estate brokers.  Brown Realty Company meets that qualification.  Brad and Jerry Brown, along with others in their organization, have assisted me in successfully purchasing 2 farms and selling 3 farms.  Brown Realty has expertise in all areas of real estate and the ability to maneuver today's complex market.  A reliable choice, everyday.

Jack Finch (Dyer, Tennessee)

"Although I have been involved with Jim Rolfe and Brown Realty on only one property acquisition, I have been very impressed with the degree of professionalism, knowledge of property for recreational use, and prompt responses to all my questions and concerns.  Jim went beyond the ordinary limits of being assistance to me in our recent purchase and for that I am truly appreciative.  I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for recreational property whether in Kansas, Louisiana, or anywhere in between....."
