Mike Cater, Associate Broker


Mike is a licensed real estate agent for Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kansas. He lives in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana, an area well-known for great hunting and fishing opportunities.

Mike’s experience in farmland management can assist landowners with their agricultural investments. He is familiar with crops of the mid-south, including most farming practices and land improvement projects. He also has experience managing wildlife operations for waterfowl and white-tail deer, and other outdoor recreational activities.

Mike holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural Business. In addition to his real estate, he also works privately as a Louisiana Certified Residential Appraiser working in central Louisiana. He is a member of Ducks Unlimited, Delta Waterfowl, Costal Conservation Association of Louisiana, and other various local groups.
