Eddie Davis brings a lifetime of agricultural experience and well over a decade of real estate expertise to every client he serves. Eddie specializes in farms, timber, recreational and hunting properties, commercial tracts, and rural land throughout Louisiana. He also has experience helping families navigate complex land transactions involving heir property, divided ownership interests, estates, and non-local landowners.

Raised on a family farm in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana, Eddie learned early the values of hard work, integrity, and stewardship of the land. His agricultural background provides him with a practical understanding of farming operations, land management, conservation programs, hunting properties, and the factors that drive rural land values.

Eddie combines his farm management background with his real estate expertise to help buyers, sellers, investors, and families achieve their goals. Whether assisting a farmer with the sale of agricultural land, marketing a premier hunting property, helping heirs resolve ownership challenges, or guiding absentee landowners through the sales process, Eddie is committed to providing knowledgeable, honest, and results-driven service.

Eddie and his wife, are raising their three children in Richland and Morehouse Parish where Eddie (an ordained Baptist minister) and serves as Pastor of Oak Ridge Baptist Church.
